Cookie Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device in order to work or to remember your settings. A related technology is local storage (localStorage), which keeps data in the browser and sends it nowhere.
What this site stores
On the public part of the site only local storage is used, for two settings:
theme— your saved choice of the light or dark theme, golfConsent— your saved decision about this notice, so it does not greet you on every visit.
Both entries live on your device only. They are not sent to our server and nobody but you has access to them.
The document access cookie
One strictly necessary cookie is set only if you open the access link from the e-mail and enter the protected documents:
golfdoc— confirms that the access link was opened, valid for 30 days, markedHttpOnlyandSecure.
It holds nothing but an expiry time and its signature — no name, no e-mail, no link. It is not used for tracking and the documents would not work without it, so no consent is required for it. Clearing cookies in your browser removes it.
No analytics, no advertising
There is no Google Analytics, no social network pixel and no advertising or profiling tool on this site. That is why there is no “accept all” choice — there is nothing optional to consent to.
Changing your decision
You can reset your decision at any time — reset it with one click and the notice will greet you again on your next visit.
Data from the form
The name and e-mail you enter in the brochure request form are not cookies — that is a separate process described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party cookies
There are none. The documents are viewed on this site, without any external service storing or displaying the files.
How to delete stored data
You can delete settings and locally stored data at any time in your browser settings (clear browsing data → cookies and site data).
