What data we collect

This website has no user accounts, no ad networks and no visitor tracking. Personal data is collected in one place only — the form through which you request a presentation of the project:

• the name, e-mail address and phone number you enter yourself,
• the page language and time of submission, so that we reply in your language,
• a technical record of the request — country, time and an irreversible cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address (the address itself cannot be reconstructed from it) — used solely to protect the form from automated abuse.

Why we process it and on what basis

We use your name, e-mail and phone number to send you a personal access link to the protected project documents (brochure, floor plans, price list), and to contact you about this project. We also record the moment the documents are first opened. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@golfresort.hr. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

How long we keep it

We keep the data until you withdraw your consent, and for no longer than 24 months after the last contact. It is deleted thereafter.

Who receives the data

We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing purposes. It is processed on our behalf only by technical service providers acting as processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the site and of the database holding the form entries,
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the e-mail containing the brochure link.

Both providers are bound by a data processing agreement and by standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.

Storage in your browser

Apart from the form, the site remembers only two settings in your browser (your theme choice and your decision about the cookie notice). They stay on your device and are sent to no one — see the Cookie Policy for details.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Send your request to sales@golfresort.hr — we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Security and automated decision-making

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the sales staff have access to the form entries. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

The documents are viewed on this website — they are not sent as attachments and are not handed to an external file-storage service.
